1. Access & Account Details

Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. Keep account details current so we can communicate about orders and service requests.

Protect your login credentials and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access. Do not transfer or sell an account or use another person’s account without permission.

2. Product Information

Our collection includes cameras, microphones, lighting, stabilizers, teleprompters, and related creator equipment. Review the selected model’s specifications and package contents before ordering.

Product photographs may show illustrative setups. Cameras, phones, computers, supports, and other props are included only when expressly identified in the package contents. Screen settings and lighting can affect displayed colors.

Compatibility depends on the stated dimensions, connectors, power requirements, software, and supported devices. Contact us if a requirement is unclear.

We may update listings, change future availability, or discontinue products. Such changes do not remove the specifications, promises, or legal rights applicable to an order already accepted.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected items. An automated receipt confirms that your submission reached us; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.

We may decline an order before acceptance because of unavailable stock, a material listing error, failed payment verification, delivery restrictions, or a reasonable concern about fraud. If we cannot proceed, we will notify you and return any payment collected for the unfulfilled order.

Review your order before submitting it. Requests to change or cancel an order are handled according to its fulfillment status and our Shipping Policy, without restricting applicable cancellation or withdrawal rights.

4. Pricing & Payment

Store transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD), as explained on our Payment Options page. Review the checkout summary for item prices, discounts, shipping, and any taxes collected with your order.

Payment methods depend on the options offered at checkout. You must be authorized to use the selected payment method and complete any verification required by its provider.

Currency conversion charges and international transaction fees, if applicable, are determined by your bank or payment provider. Import charges are addressed in our Shipping Policy.

Prices may change for future purchases. If we identify a material pricing error before accepting an order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a refund. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Promotions may have additional conditions disclosed with the offer. Those conditions apply to that promotion, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Our Shipping Policy explains preparation times, shipping fees, estimated transit windows, tracking, and delivery assistance. Estimated dates may be affected by carrier operations, customs, weather, and other circumstances.

If delivery is delayed or a parcel appears missing, contact us so we can investigate. Responsibility for delivery and the transfer of risk are determined by applicable law; handing a parcel to a carrier does not automatically remove our obligations to you.

Our Return & Refund Policy describes the standard return window, return instructions, exchanges, damaged items, and refunds. These arrangements supplement any mandatory rights relating to cancellation, withdrawal, or faulty goods.

Contact us for the correct return destination before sending equipment. The company address is not automatically the designated returns facility.

6. Using Your Equipment

Read the instructions supplied with your product and follow its operating, charging, mounting, storage, and maintenance requirements. Use compatible power sources, cables, supports, and accessories.

Do not assume that equipment is waterproof, impact-resistant, compatible with a particular device, or suitable for a specific environment unless confirmed in its specifications.

Before an important shoot or recording, test your setup and maintain appropriate backups. You are responsible for obtaining permissions required to photograph or record people, property, or protected material.

7. Website Content & Intellectual Property

Store text, graphics, photographs, videos, branding, and page designs are owned by us or used with permission from the relevant rights holders.

You may browse the store and retain reasonable copies of order information or instructions for lawful personal or internal business use. Buying equipment for your business is permitted; it does not grant permission to reproduce our website content for resale or competing listings.

Do not copy, distribute, commercially exploit, or alter protected store materials without permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.

8. Reviews, Feedback & Submissions

Reviews and other public submissions should reflect your own experience and must not contain unlawful material, private information about others, misleading claims, or content you lack permission to share.

You retain ownership of your submissions. By posting content for public display, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, format, reproduce, and display it as needed to operate and present the store’s review features. Separate permission will be sought for unrelated advertising use.

Disclose any incentive or material connection relevant to a review. We may remove spam, unlawful content, privacy violations, and submissions unrelated to the product. Reviews will not be suppressed solely because they express criticism.

Private support messages are handled under our Privacy Policy and are not treated as permission to publish personal information.

Shopify and other providers may process information needed for checkout, payment, fulfillment, support, and platform operation. Their processing may involve countries other than your country of residence, as described in the relevant privacy notices.

Do not send full payment-card details, passwords, or one-time authentication codes to our support team.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These terms do not require you to waive mandatory remedies, protections concerning defective products, or rights to seek assistance from a court or competent authority.

16. Account Restrictions & Ending Access

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unlawful activity, a material breach of these terms, or a security threat. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to raise a concern.

Closing an account or restricting access does not remove obligations relating to accepted orders, refunds, outstanding payments, privacy, or other rights and responsibilities that continue by their nature.

Contact us first if you have a concern so we can review the facts and work toward a resolution. This does not prevent you from using available payment-provider procedures, consumer assistance services, or legal remedies.

These terms, the policies referenced here, and the details accepted with your order form the agreement for the relevant transaction, subject to applicable law. They do not exclude binding statements or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue where they can operate fairly and lawfully. A delay in exercising a right does not automatically waive it.

Any permitted transfer of our contractual obligations will not reduce your rights or guarantees. We will provide notice or obtain consent where required.
