Payment credentials entered at checkout are handled by the relevant payment provider. We may receive information needed to manage the transaction, such as payment confirmation, billing information, and masked payment details.

For equipment support, you may provide a device model, settings, sample footage, or an audio recording. Share only what is necessary and remove unrelated personal information where possible.

Sale, Sharing & Targeted Advertising

Where applicable, you may opt out through the store’s privacy choices or data-sharing opt-out control, or contact us at service@rovqelia.com. Opting out does not necessarily remove all advertising.

Where required by law, recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, must be treated as requests to opt out of applicable sale or sharing activities. Their scope may depend on the browser, device, and account information available.

A browser’s legacy “Do Not Track” setting is distinct from Global Privacy Control and should not be assumed to disable all store technologies.

To submit a request, email service@rovqelia.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and describe the action you are requesting.

We may request proportionate information to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority. We will respond within the applicable legal period and explain any permitted refusal or extension.

Some records may need to be retained for tax, fraud prevention, transaction completion, or legal obligations. Exercising a privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.

7. Retention & Security

Retention periods depend on the type of information, why it is needed, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Order records may be retained for accounting and legal purposes; support records may be kept to resolve inquiries and document related actions.

Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including required legal retention and dispute resolution.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and processing involved. No website, transmission method, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Where a security incident triggers a notification duty, notices will be provided as required by applicable law.

8. International Processing

Our company is based in China, and Shopify and other service providers may process information in additional countries. Your information may therefore be handled outside your country of residence.

Where transfer restrictions apply, appropriate safeguards must be used, such as recognized adequacy arrangements, approved contractual protections, or another lawful mechanism. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your personal information.

The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
